Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Flatpea online store. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our policies.

Store use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with store security, misuse the website, submit false information, or violate the rights of Flatpea or another person.

Products and cosmetic information

We make reasonable efforts to display product information and colors accurately, but screens and packaging batches may vary. Product descriptions are for general cosmetic information and are not medical advice. Individual results vary. Patch test cosmetic products before first use, follow label directions, and stop use if irritation occurs.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, correct errors, refuse or cancel suspected fraudulent orders, or contact you to verify an order. If we cancel a paid order, the amount charged will be refunded.

Promotions

Promotions are subject to their displayed eligibility, dates, product limits, and combination rules. For the Flatpea Buy 2, Get 1 Free offer, add three eligible Flatpea products to the cart and the lowest-priced eligible item is discounted automatically, limited to one free item per order unless the store states otherwise.

Intellectual property

The Flatpea name, store design, copy, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Flatpea and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

Third-party services

The store may rely on Shopify and other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flatpea is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from store use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
