30-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Flatpea. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To protect every customer, skincare products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bbjjclub.usa@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional product cost.

Starting a return

Email us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may take 5–10 business days to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Exceptions

Gift cards, final-sale items, and products that show signs of use or tampering are not eligible for return. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
