Shipping Policy

Flatpea currently ships orders from our fulfillment network to available destinations shown at checkout.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping to United States addresses is currently free. Available rates for other services or destinations are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery

• United States: approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch
• International destinations: approximately 10–20 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier, customs, weather, or address issues.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be emailed after dispatch. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to update.

Address changes and failed delivery

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address or an unclaimed package may apply.

Customs

International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges assessed by their country unless checkout states otherwise.
